Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment of Fees

    • All fees must be settled by the 7th of every month.

    • A monthly deposit is required upon confirmation of enrollment.

    • A one month’s written notice is required if you wish to withdraw your child from Pusat Jagaan Sri Aneka Sdn Bhd. The deposit will be used to offset the final month’s fees.

    • Fees paid are strictly non-refundable, non-deductible, and non-transferable.

    • No make-up time will be provided for absences due to illness, vacation, or any other reason.

    • No fee adjustments, freezing of accounts, or pro-rating will be allowed for absences due to any reason or circumstances.

  2. Fee Revisions

    • Pusat Jagaan Sri Aneka Sdn Bhd reserves the right to review and adjust fees as necessary.

  3. Childcare Responsibilities

    • Pusat Jagaan Sri Aneka Sdn Bhd makes every effort to care for and cater to your child's needs. Whilst we strive to provide a safe and conducive environment for your child, we also understand that accidents may occur. Pusat Jagaan Sri Aneka Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any accidents on the premises during operating hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

    • Parents will incur additional charges for early drop-off or late pick-up beyond the operating hours.

  4. Personal Belongings

    • Pusat Jagaan Sri Aneka Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for the loss of any valuable items. As such, children are not permitted to bring or wear any expensive or valuable items/belongings.

  5. Photo & Media Consent

    • Pusat Jagaan Sri Aneka Sdn Bhd occasionally takes photos and videos of children for:

      • Sharing moments with parents (e.g., via private groups or newsletters).

      • Posting on our official social media pages (e.g., activities, events).

      • Educational or training purposes (e.g., classroom displays, learning materials).

    • By enrolling your child, you grant Pusat Jagaan Sri Aneka Sdn Bhd permission to take photographs or videos of your child for the above purposes, including but not limited to advertisements, social media, and official publications.

    • If you do not consent, please notify the management in writing upon enrollment.

  6. Acknowledgement

    • By enrolling your child, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
